Guiding Light Financial Advisors Ltd offers a choice between paying by fee, commission or a combination of the two. This will be discussed with you at our initial meeting but the final choice of how you wish to pay us will be down to you.

In some complex and time-consuming cases the commission option may be inappropriate. In these cases the fee option only is available.

The fees charged vary from one adviser to another based upon experience, qualifications and degree of expertise. All fees will be agreed in writing prior to commencing work on your behalf.

For larger investments we substantially discount our fees.

For most UK mortgage applications we charge an upfront arrangement fee of £250. This fee is refundable in the rare event that we cannot arrange a suitable mortgage for you.
